Accessing the website, using the online discussion forum and/or attending aPREIG CANADA meeting constitutes an acceptance and agreement with our PREIGCANADA Code of Conduct. If you violate the Code of Conduct, we reserve theright to terminate all accounts belonging to you and/or refuse entry withoutprior notice. Use of inappropriate behaviour, whether flagrant and/or repeated,violates our Code of Conduct and will result in an immediate ban. Our failureto enforce this policy, for whatever reason, shall not be construed as a waiverof our right to do so at any time.
We createdthe Code of Conduct to provide a basic understanding of what is allowed and notallowed in our forum and/or meetings. The following are a set of guidelines forthe establishment and enforcement of our Code of Conduct:
Basic Rules
Allparticipants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which respectsother individuals. The following describes what you as a PREIG CANADAmember are agreeing to do: - You conduct your business as a professional at all times.
- You act with absolute honesty and integrity.
- You return calls and e-mails promptly.
- You will not take on tasks you know you cannot perform.
- You will not pressure other Members, send them spam or harass them in any way.
- You will not make empty promises.
- You treat other members with respect and courtesy at all times.
- You seek to contribute to, build relationships with, and encourage other Members.
- You create value and remain positive, optimistic and friendly at all times.
- Members understand that every Joint Venture must be a win/win scenario.
- Members understand that creating a solid relationship is the basis for a successful Joint Venture business.
- When you register you are required to give a small amount of information, much of which is optional. Any information provided to us will be considered public information.
- Although we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any messages posted on the forum, we reserve the right to delete any messages for any or no reason. If you do find any posts which are objectionable, then please contact the forum by e-mail at

- Complaining and/or badmouthing are absolutely NOT permitted.
- There shall be no solicitation. There will be zero tolerance for any form of solicitation of unrelated products or services (including real estate agencies, mortgage brokerages, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) opportunities, etc.). If you wish to advertise, please contact the moderators.
- The PREIG CANADA Moderators reserve the right to TERMINATE your membership if you breach any of the rules of conduct.

- No Spam: Spamming can be defined as either posting multiple times about the same issue/topic or starting multiple topics about the same thing. There are other actions that are considered spamming such as constantly posting comments that have nothing to do with the forum at hand. Spam will be deleted without warning.
- No Slander: Treat others in your messages, as you would like to be treated yourself. Insults, language or anything offensive will be deleted without warning if considered unacceptable by an official Moderator. Content that is insulting to anyone based on gender, lifestyle, religion, ethnic group, race, sexual orientation, etc. is unacceptable and will be deleted without warning.

Guidelinesfor PREIG CANADA Networking Meetings
One of the most powerful benefits of PREIG CANADA meetings is networking withother successful real estate investors. Members are encouraged to obtainbusiness cards to pass around, in order to keep in touch with other PREIGCANADA members. For your convenience, we have a special Business card holderrack where you can place your cards upon being granted permission. Let people know why you're there. If you sit with your friends, you are notnetworking and marketing your most valuable asset – YOURSELF! - PREIG CANADA attendees are permitted to take notes in writing only.
- Don't pass around flyers. You can display them at the networking table upon being granted permission.
- Turn off the ringer on cell phones during the meetings.
IMPORTANTNOTE: Contrary topopular beliefs, the Code of Conduct is not designed to cover everything. Wemay act - issue a warning, ban your account(s) and/or IP addresses, lower yourpost count, delete/edit your post(s)/thread(s), etc. - if, in our judgment, youundertake any conduct that undermines the established guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
