As a Protégé of World World Wealth Builders get five days of personal, hands-on apprenticeship and 6 months of field training.

World Wealth Builders would offer personal, intense, hands-on training to a few, carefully selected, qualified Protégés so that World Wealth Builders can turn them into Real Estate Mentors who are equipped to go and mentor and get very well paid to do so.

World Wealth Builders created a five day apprenticeship with 6 months field training, during which World Wealth Builders will personally coach and train these few, selected people and duplicate our skills in them. They will learn directly from our experience, knowledge and education.

World Wealth Builders will accept only a limited amount of Protégé’s per group.

Eviction process

The Residential Tenancy Act provides the protection for both the landlord and the tenant. This act is also governed by the landlord and tenant board. The purpose of obtaining an appraisal is to have a professional determining the current value of a property. The definition of a market value is: “the highest price in terms of money which a property will bring in a competitive and open market under all condition requisite to a fair sale, a buyer and seller, each acting prudently, knowledgeably, and assuming the price is not affected by undue stimulus.
