one and1/2 storey dwelling of approximately 1,130 square feet, more or less. The Vendor is
advised that the home contains forced air heating. The Vendor is further advised the home
contains a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Vendor is also advised that
