The Niagara Renovates Program is a program that provides funding to

Owner(s) of rental properties in Niagara to assist in major repair of units and for accessibility modifications. For fiscal 2015-16, buildings containing up to 6self-contained residential units are eligible.

Funding of up to $10,000 per unit is provided to eligible Owners, to a

maximum of $25,000 per building.
