Government of Canada Renews Funding of Velirium

The financial assistance from Canada Economic Development will serve to support the commercialization of the 2013 and 2014 editions of this major sporting event outside Quebec. Among the activities planned is the creation and broadcast of a television production promoting the recreational tourism site of Mont-Sainte-Anne and showcasing key regional attractions. The target markets will include Canada, the United States and such European countries as France, Italy and the United Kingdom.

This assistance, granted in the form of a $150,000 non-repayable contribution over two years, has been awarded through Canada Economic Development’s Quebec Economic Development Program.
