Notice is hereby given that, under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act,

the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 will offer for sale, by public

auction, in the Council Chambers at the MD Administration Office located east of

Slave Lake, Alberta, on Highway 2 on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.,

the following lands:

Each parcel will be offered for sale which is subject to a reserve bid and to the

reservations and conditions contained in the existing Certificate of Title.

No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to

the sale of any parcel. No terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than

those specified by MD 124. No further information is available at the auction

regarding the lands to be sold.

The Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 may become the owner of any

TERMS OF SALE: Cash or Certified Cheque. 10% non-refundable deposit and

balance within 30 days of date of Public Auction. GST will apply on lands sold at the

Public Auction.

Redemption may be made by certified payment of all required taxes, penalties and

costs at any time prior to the sale.
