Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Municipal Government Act,

the Town of Crossfield will offer for sale, by public auction, at the Town Office, 1005

Ross Street, Crossfield, Alberta, on Thursday, March 13, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., the

following land:

Lot Block Plan Linc C of T

Ptn of 5, 6 2 4504I 0019 452 176 781 060 525

The parcel will be offered for sale, subject

to a reserve bid and to the reservations and

conditions contained in the existing certificate of title.

Crossfield makes no representation and gives no warranty as to the adequacy of

services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions,

absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the ability to develop the

subject land for any use proposed by the purchaser.

Terms: Cash, certified cheque or money order and G.S.T. for the full amount.

The Town of Crossfield may, after the public auction, become the owner of any

parcel of land not sold at the public auction.

Redemption may be affected by payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at any time

prior to the sale.
