    under and by virtue of a Writ of Execution filed with the Sheriff of the city of toronto, dated november 29, 2016 under writ file number 16-0006819 the real and personal property of eifa memar, Debtor, at the request of canadaian imperial bank of commerce Creditor(s), I have seized and taken in execution all of the right, title, interest and equity of redemption of eifa memar, Debtor(s) in and to: all and singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situated, being: unit 3, level 13, toronto standard condominium plan No. 1654 and its appurtenant interest. the description of the condominium property is; firstly; part of lot 27, plan 1176 being parts 1&2 plan 66r-21428; secondly; part of water lot location cl-8985, being part of the bed of lake ontario in front of lot e range d in front of lot 27 plan 1176 being parts 3 and 4 plan 66r-21428.; S/T and T/W ease as set out in schedule a of the declaration as in at-719675. S/T an easement in favour of rogers cable communications Inc. as in at736656, S/T right to enter in favor of monarch waterview development limited for 5 years from february 23, 2005 as in at738798
