UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued out of Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Toronto dated July 19, 2013, Court File No. 05-CV-290631PD1, to me directed, against the real and personal property of GURDEV SINGH MANN, Defendant, at the suit of GURPAL SINGH SAINI, I have seized and taken in execution all the right, title, interest and equity of redemption of GURDEV SINGH MANN, Defendant in and to:

ALL AND SINGULAR, that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situated, being Unit 36, Level 15 York Condominium Plan No. 42, City of Etobicoke, in the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto, Land Titles Division of Metropolitan Toronto together with its appurtenant common interest, Known as 330 DIXON ROAD, #1604. TORONTO, ONTARIO M9R 1S9. ALL OF WHICH said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of GURDEV SINGH MANN, Defendant, in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at,‘s sale

CONDITIONS:

The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s).

$2,000.00 certified cheque or cash upon bidder registration
